How is it costed?
The process is simple.
Option 1: We give you a fixed price per room for Snoozebox. The cost includes everything for us to deliver and operate the hotel for you, with no hidden extras. The room rate is fixed by you and you receive all the revenue
Option 2: You give us space to site Snoozebox at an event and we will return a guaranteed percentage of the room revenue to you. If we provide food and beverage for guests, there would also be an additional income from those sales.
If I want Snoozebox at my event, who takes the bookings?
We work in partnership with established ticket and accommodation agencies who will market and process the bookings on your behalf (subject to fees), or we can pass this over to you if you have your own facility to accept bookings.
My site is not completely flat, is that a problem?
Snoozebox does not require flat terrain and can be adjusted to compensate for reasonable changes in site level. Our survey team always provide a full suitability report before Snoozebox is sited.
Do I need mains services on my site?
No provision for electricity, water or sewerage is required for Snoozebox to operate.
Can you arrange food and drinks for guests?
We can provide a full hospitality package to suit all budgets, including entertainment if required.
Is it possible to add my product branding to Snoozebox?
Exteriors, interiors and canopies can all be fully branded with company or product logos. Our creative team can supply 3D visuals to show you the dramatic impact!
What is the minimum and maximum number of rooms I can have?
The minimum number of rooms is 40, but this can be increased in blocks of 4 rooms to 400+
Is there an upper and lower limit on the number of days can I have Snoozebox on my site?
We can provide a Snoozebox hotel for just 1 day, but the minimum charge is 3 days. Beyond that Snoozebox can be sited for a week, a month or a complete season.
I organise event accommodation throughout Europe – can Snoozebox be sited outside the UK?
Snoozebox can be transported by road, rail, air or sea anywhere in the world.
Do I need to organise any additional staff when Snoozebox is at my event?
Snoozebox employs it’s own staff to operate the hotel.
How long does it take to set up a Snoozebox hotel?
The clever design of Snoozebox ensures rapid assembly, with minimum disruption. We aim to be fully operational and accepting guests within 48 hours of arriving at a venue.
Are there any marketing tools to help me promote Snoozebox at my event?

Can the rooms be themed for a VIP event?
e can add wall graphics and an endless list of bespoke items to create the ‘wow’ factor.
Is WiFi available for guests?
Free WiFi for all guests is part of the accommodation package.
Will guests possessions be safe and secure?
Snoozebox rooms have secure card access and a safe.
Is there additional storage for bulky items the guests may not want in their room?
Secure lockers are available with 24/7 access.
How do guests check-in?
Guests can check-in through our dedicated reception unit. Snoozebox staff will always be on hand for assistance.
Can Snoozebox be adapted for specialised use or for specific commercial applications?
The unique flexibility of Snoozebox enables us to quickly adapt and supply cost-effective accommodation for a multitude of uses.
Our race team travels to multiple locations throughout Europe. Can you provide accommodation?
Snoozebox is easily transportable by road, rail or air, with quick, simple breakdown and build-up. We can follow a race season wherever it goes, and Snoozebox can be branded with team or sponsor logos for a bespoke look. Full catering and hospitality can also be part of the package.
My site is quite small and not a uniform shape. Is Snoozebox suitable?
Being stackable, Snoozebox has a much smaller footprint than traditional cabin-style accommodation or large motorhomes, enabling us to get considerably more guests into a small site. The container units can be positioned in a wide variety of configurations to make the most of the space available.
How do I book a room?
Depending on the event you can book your Snoozebox room direct with the event organiser, our selected booking agent or by calling Snoozebox on 0203 771 9400. Each individual event page on our website will give you the links and telephone numbers you need.
What is the maximum number of guests per room?
The standard Snoozebox room is designed to accommodate two adults comfortably using either the double bed, or the double bed and single bunk bed*. It can also accommodate a family of three with a young child using the single bunk.

Where do I check in?
We have a clearly marked dedicated reception area at each hotel where you will receive your key card and be shown to your room by a member of the Snoozebox team if you need assistance.
What are the check in and check out times?
Your room will be ready for you at 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out is by 11.00 am of your agreed departure date. If these times change for a specific event it will be made clear on your booking confirmation.
What is the latest time I can check in?
If you plan to arrive at the hotel after 6pm, please contact the Duty Manager direct. The telephone number will be given to you with your booking confirmation.
Do I need an event ticket to stay at the hotel?
We are usually inside the ‘pay line’ of the majority of events we attend, so an event ticket will be required to access the hotel site. If you are not purchasing the hotel room and event ticket as a package, please make sure you secure your event ticket BEFORE booking the hotel. Is there car parking at the hotel?
Car parking will be dependent on our site location and the specific event. We cannot always guarantee parking adjacent to the hotel, and in some cases parking may be in designated public parking areas. Do you provide towels and toiletries?
Luxury towels and toiletries are supplied and replaced daily by our housekeeping team.
Is there storage for items inside the room?
There is plenty of drawer space, a clothes hanging rail and luggage rack, but we advise that you only bring soft cases/overnight bags. If you are only using the double bed in your room, the fixed single bunk bed creates an additional useful storage area. Solid cases or bulky items can be securely stored at some events (please check when booking).
Is food and drink available?
The room rate includes continental breakfast in our hospitality marquee unless otherwise stated. A bar and evening meal are also available at some locations. Please check the individual event page on our website for confirmation
Is WiFi available?
Free internet access is available in all rooms.
Is there a TV?
Each room has a flat screen TV with remote.
Will my possessions be safe?
As well as secure key card access, there is a personal safe in each room for valuable items.
Are there power sockets?
There are two standard 3-pin power sockets to operate or charge your electrical items. There is also a shaver socket in the en-suite wet room.
Can I smoke in my room?
It is a hotel policy that all rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets at the hotel.
